What first and last names should be entered for passengers?

For married women, enter the maiden name or married name if this is the one printed in the passport (if in doubt, enter the maiden name that is still printed in the passport). You should never enter the “married or spouse of” mention.

For the first name, enter the passenger’s main first name (used first name). If the passport contains several first names, do not enter the second or third names.
