Can I change or cancel my flight?

You cannot change or cancel a flight unless permitted by the specific terms and conditions of the ticket. The fare terms and conditions of your ticket are set out in the email containing your e-ticket.  

However, even if you are permitted to change or cancel your ticket, you may be charged by the airline to do so.
